**Nordic Transfers Terms and Conditions**
Welcome to Nordic Transfers. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our transfer services. By accessing this website and/or booking a transfer with us, we assume you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. Do not continue to use Nordic Transfers’ website or book a transfer with us if you do not accept all of the Terms and Conditions stated on this page.
**Booking Agreement**
The person making the booking agrees on behalf of all individuals listed on the booking to the following:
1. Read and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Accept financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking.
**Definitions**
In these booking conditions, references to ‘Company’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ refer to Nordic Transfers. References to ‘you’, ‘your’, and ‘passenger(s)’ include the person named on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is transferred.
**Cancellation Policy**
1. Cancellation 24 hours prior to your pick-up will result in a full refund.
2. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of pick-up.
3. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance of pick-up, and if you have selected to pay to the driver, a cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the booked transfer will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
4. Bookings made less than 24 hours before pick up automatically adhere to the cancellation policy.
5. Amending your booking or cancelling optional extras may not be possible less than 24 hours before pick up.
**Refund Policy**
At Nordic Transfers, we strive to provide excellent service to our customers. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund policy. Please review the following guidelines regarding refunds for our transfer services:
1. **Cancellation Window:** Customers may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a refund of the total booking amount.
2. **Late Cancellations:** Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, the full fare will be charged.
3. **Refund Process:** Refunds for cancellations made within the stipulated time frame will be processed back to the original payment method used for booking. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. **No-shows:** Failure to cancel a reservation and not showing up for the scheduled pick-up will result in the full fare being charged, and no refund will be issued.
5. **Modification Policy:** Customers can modify their reservation details, including pick-up time, date, or location, within the cancellation window at no additional charge, subject to availability. However, modifications made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may not be possible.
6. **Contact Information:** To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact our customer service team at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. You can reach us via phone or email, and our representatives will assist you promptly.
**Waiting Times, Contact Procedure, and No-show Transfers**
For airport pick-ups, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point free of charge for a maximum of 60 minutes. The free waiting time is 10 minutes after the agreed pick-up time for any other pick-up points. If your flight is delayed for more than one hour, the pick-up is subject to availability.
Waiting time and parking charges will apply after the free waiting period has ended.
If you are unable to locate the driver at the agreed meeting point or are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection, lost luggage, or otherwise, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number provided to make contact with the driver.
If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the scheduled arrival time for airport collections and within 10 minutes for non-airport collections, the Transport Arrangements will be considered a no-show and will be cancelled. The Passengers will be required to pay the full cost of the booked Transport Arrangements and will not be entitled to a refund.
If your flight is cancelled within 24 hours from the scheduled pick-up time, or if you have missed your flight, you will not be entitled to a refund. Unused transfers are non-refundable.
**Liability**
You must choose the pick-up early enough to accommodate for delays such as heavy traffic, unusual weather conditions, and other unexpected events (e.g. road constructions, traffic accidents, etc.). We will not be held responsible for any missed transfer connections or other time constraints. Your travel plan must be flexible enough for you to make other travel arrangements in such an unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil the transfer.
We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to your luggage. You are responsible for ensuring that your luggage is loaded/unloaded on the vehicle correctly at all times.
We cannot be held liable for incidents that may occur during the provision of the service, more specifically illnesses, personal injuries, or death unless caused by our negligence. Our liability is limited only to the value of your booking.
**Luggage and Extras**
Please select an appropriate vehicle according to the luggage amount you have. The Passengers shall be liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles be required to transport non-declared excess luggage.
We reserve the right to refuse to make the journey due to the passenger(s) having excess luggage, which would result in the vehicle being unsafe while in motion.
Any diversions or additional stops that are not included in the reservation are subject
to an additional charge payable to Nordic Transfers.
**Disorderly conduct, risk of damage to the car, and safety**
Nordic Transfers reserves the right to deny the service if the passengers do not conduct themselves in an orderly fashion, or if there are risks to the cleanliness and the safety of the vehicle and the driver.
We will not be responsible for fulfilling the transfer if the passengers are intoxicated or otherwise disorderly. The driver will have the right to deny the service if there is a risk of damage to the car by the passengers, their luggage, or their pets. In case the service is denied due to such circumstances, the booking will be charged in full.
Nordic Transfers reserves the right to charge reasonable cleaning charges plus loss of earnings for the driver at the standard hourly rate in the event of spillages or in the event that any Passenger vomits or otherwise soils or damages a Passenger Vehicle.
**Refuelling**
The driver may stop for fuel where necessary. Nordic Transfers is under no obligation to compensate for any loss that the customer may occur as a result of the time lost during the refuelling process.
**Force Majeure**
Nordic Transfers cannot be held liable for delays, changes or cancellation of service due to force majeure, or to other circumstances that are unforeseeable or beyond our control, such as accidents suffered by third parties on the transfer route, police checkpoints, acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions etc.
